Refund Policy

Returns:

Thanks for visiting Stelis3d.com and making your purchase. At Stelis3d we are committed to our customers and want to ensure you have a smooth transaction during your time on our site. No business really likes returns and we’re no different. We would rather you be happy with the item(s) you purchased and want them to serve you well for years to come.

However, we also realize that sometimes items have to be returned for a variety of reasons such as the item arriving damaged, missing parts, the incorrect item was shipped, etc. In those cases, we would expect a return request.

When returning an item please do the following:

The item(s) must be unused

Be returned in the original packaging

Have all parts included

Have all documentation included.

Before returning the item(s) please contact Stelis3D either using the contact form on our website Stelis3d.com or calling us at 855-453-8577 requesting a Return Authorization. Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving of the item(s).

Refund:

Once the returned item(s) are received will send you notification by email we have received the item(s).  We will then perform an inspection of the item to ensure it meets our return policy. If everything checks out your refund will be processed and your account will be credited using the original payment method. This can take a few days for your bank to process.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If after a few days you haven’t received your refund, first check you bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time involved before your refund is posted to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@stelis3d.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@stelis3d.com and send your item to 296 Beauvoir Rd., Ste 100 #5061, Biloxi, MS 3953

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee will be applied to any returns unless the returned item has a manufacturers defect. The amount of the restocking fee is dependent upon each supplier. You will be notified of the restocking fee prior to you returning the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
